Bedroom #4 is currently set up as an Xbox game room with four wall-mounted TVs, but it can be converted into a queen-sized bedroom upon request. Finally, Bedroom #5 features a queen bed.

The third floor encompasses a large living room area with a high-end surround system and a 65-inch Sony OLED TV. It also includes a wet bar, a ping pong table, a closet filled with board games, a half bathroom, a second office, and an art room.
