Loved our stay here! Excellent service. The food (in room and restaurant) was delicious! Must try the famous Boston cream pie 😉 loved the complimentary water, was a very nice touch. As it is a historical hotel the rooms are on the smaller side and you can hear the next door neighbours some what but the hotel is beautiful and worth staying at, loved the history. It is in an excellent location and what we felt was a safe area!

We reserved a specific type of room and when we went to check in they told us they were out of those rooms. Pretty disappointing. The location was great and right in the center of everything you'll want to see in Boston.

The Omni Parker House is my favorite hotel in Boston. I love it’s old elegance, it still has luggage service, a helpful staff, and an excellent location. It is in walking distance of the T, shopping, and dining. The food at the restaurants in the hotel is excellent.

Loved the Parker house for the History Charm and location.. Did not like the fact we had only one chair to sit in. Maybe this was because the room was too small for 2 chairs , one for each of us.

The hotel is awesome. Very historical with great pictures everywhere. Great location….walkable to many restaurants and bars and stores. Rooms are very small and need some serious updating. But other than that great place to stay! Would stay here again.

This is the oldest continuously operating hotel in the country and it is in excellent condition. The location is excellent- close to many attractions - within walking distance (north end, harbors and Boston Common). The staff was great - except in the bar (Last Hurrah). The bartenders were indifferent and rude. The hotel is famous for Boston Cream Pie - however, we did not care for it as much as other pastry shops have much better Boston Cream pie and donuts!

The Omni Parker House is in a fantastic location. We easily walked to Quincy Market, The Public Gardens, and Downtown Crossing to name a few. There are many wonderful restaurants within close proximity along with the restaurants at the hotel. The staff were all extremely pleasant to deal with. We had a marvelous 5 night stay.
