Quick Trip to Boston: Omni Parker
The beds seemed smaller than I remember a double bed being honestly, but ok comfort wise. Clean and beautiful in the lobby and common areas. Clean room. Under construction so it was a bit noisy on the 10th floor so we got moved second night and it was a little better, other than downtown street noises. Alarm went off second night.

We love this hotel. We have stayed here many times, booking always with Expedia. This time, we found that the hotel was imposing on us a $30 a night fee that was a complete surprise. One of the desk agents suggested that this was imposed on the hotel by a state or city law, and could not be avoided. However, another agent, the next day, removed the fee for one of the days or our stay because of our dissatisfaction with a very, very noisy bachelor party on our floor that the hotel refused to address. We are disappointed that the management seems to be nickle and diming guests, and is unable to curb the boisterous behavior of partying guests. This place was so great in the past and it is so convenient, but there are many hotels in Boston and I think we are done with the Omni Parker House

Great hotel with rich history
We had a great time in this hotel. It is a beautiful property with rich history in an excellent location. Everything in the room worked and staff was great. Rooms for 4 have only double beds ands bathrooms are small but we dont care about that because the benefits by far supersede the small things. Starbucks right in the lobby made teenagers in my family happy. Lots of places around to eat. Boston Athenaeum is just a few steps away. If you love libraries, you will be in heaven. Great stay.

The bathtub/shower was not clean, nor were the towels. Housekeeping came into our room at 8:45 - way before check out time- and we were still in the room! The common areas are lovely and beautifully decorated. We loved the hot chocolate bar that greeted us upon check in. The location of the hotel was excellent.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Tons of hidden fees, like $70 worth after the stay. Ridiculous. Also, the walls are so thin I could hear the snoring and conversations in the next room loud and clear. Not that I needed to, since we were cleared out of the hotel at 4am because of an “ emergency “. Not my favorite Boston hotel by far.

This was the perfect stay for my family! The location was very convenient, and allowed us to walk or take the T very easily. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful in it's design-- our family particularly liked the museum section where we learned of the hotel's amazing history!

Front desk was so nice and friendly. Only negative was the room was old and had a funky smell and the bathroom tub was cracking and peeling, did not look clean but was probably just really old. Needs updating!!!!
