There is no safe place to park your vehicle and unload your luggage. In order to park and take your bags to the lobby, you have to park in a spot that is reserved for buses only. Whoever built this hotel did not properly plan for parking to accommodate its hotel guests. This is a big problem. Also, guests should be advised that the rooms are really small and not spacious at all. While modern and chic, they feel like cramped dorm rooms.

This hotel was perfect for 2 people. Tiny but great and very clean room. Perfect location for Boston and to walk to tons of shops and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone coming to Boston. 10/10!!!

Highly Recommend!
Great location, friendly people, clean rooms and a hip lobby with a bar. A very great price too! The rooms are smaller than big brand hotels, so keep that in mind. Overall, I highly recommend to any young person or couple visiting Boston. I will definitely be doing the same for my friends and for the next time I am in town.

Great view, however right outside as we were walking we saw 2 young men came from out of nowhere and bullied causing intimidation to another tourist who was taking pictures of the surroundings and minding his business. Felt very unsafe seemed to be people who live in the outside surrounding area by their appearance.
