I appreciated the shuttle service and the cleanliness of the facilities, however the bathroom in my unit had mold on the ceiling. I checked to see if it could be wiped off and it could be but never was.

The Microsoft outage affected the hotels computers so they had to check us in manually. They were very professional, helpful and provided information and updates. Loved our river view and cocktails on the rooftop terrace.

The hotel was amazing, the view of Boston lot up at night even better. Not pleased that parking was an additional $48 but otherwise everything was great.
