Great stay. The staff was amazing, especially Cole. He was so friendly and helpful. I had concerns over a noise I could hear in our room. Cole had it checked out. Boiler noise, so he upgraded our room so we could have quiet. He also helped us with how to use public transportation to get around Boston and even suggested a couple of great pastry shops to check out. We were very appreciative of his willingness to help 3 older ladies make the most of their time in Boston.

We enjoyed the apartment style set up of our room. Especially pleased to see the ice making option in the freezer of the full size fridge. The bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious.

Completely OK. For $300 a night outside of town I would have expected better. The rooms are a little bit old and dirty and in need of renovation. Bit of mould in the shower, that kind of thing.

The hotel was fully used - people in the pool, using the grill and patio area, the breakfast and later-in-the-day bar were hopping. And the staff was easy to deal with. No surprises, no problems.

Loved the room. Clean, attractive, comfortable. Kitchen area was great: sink, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, and - get this - a full size refrigerator with freezer compartment and ice maker! The bathroom was small but clean with a terrific shower. Water pressure? Terrific. Here’s the only thing we didn’t like: we had a double room and the beds were jam up against the wall. Fine for the person sleeping on the side by the nightstand. The other person? They have to crawl in and out of bed either from the other side or from the foot of the bed. Weird, right? But overall the hotel was lovely, with one of the most hospitable staffs I’ve ever encountered. Great stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the HYATT house in Boston/Waltham. The room, pool and all other facilties were very clean. The lovely lady who checked us in at the front desk was a sweetheart amd very informative. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delcious. There was plently of parking all around the property. For the price I paid, this was well worth it. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

One Queen, one folding sofa bed, and free Parking.
For us two adults with two kids the place was comfortable. Every employee at this hotel just simply did a GREAT job in keeping it clean and running. We truely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We only wish that Hotel.com had reserved a room with two Queen sized beds instead of one queen and one folding sofa bed for the four of us. The fridge in the living quarter made cracking sounds for the first two nights, but was quiet on the third night. Again, Thank you very very kindly to all Hyatt employees for making our stay comfortable.
