When I booked this hotel I was nervous because the reviews weren’t great. But I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was! Staff was friendly and the room was clean and quiet! Will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip!

The location is excellent. The local train service is across the street to travel into Boston. There is also free parking, which was very convenient. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and travel by train into Boston to walk the Freedom Trail. They also serve good breakfast that is included.

Walked to get dinner at night. Street lights were out. Very dark. Building around the hotel were closed down. Felt very uncomfortable walking. The hotel itself was convenient to the airport. Staff friendly. Room clean.

Noisy surroundings, one side on a busy street, the other side facing tram tracks. Inside walls thin, can hear people next door talking and phone ringing. Hard to sleep. Limited free garage parking was very tight, hard to maneuver an SUV. Other than that everything else was fine.

Check in and check out were fast and smooth. The hotel was clean and looked recently renovated. The room was the same, bathroom was very clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Close to the T train and walkable distance to the Science Museum as well. We were very happy with our stay.

Located close to the T and features free parking. The breakfast was good and the hotel was pleasant and clean. Unfortunately AC didn't work in our room and the temperature was hovering around 82-83F. They eventually gave us a different room which was not as good as what we booked and the blinds didn't work there but at least we could sleep comfortably.
