This would be the last time I will spend my night in this hotel, first of all when I arrive to the location the staff was not welcoming, first they gave a two bed bedroom when my reservation was for a king bed when told the staff that was not what i booked, he told me he couldnt change it because he had to give me whatever was left for the night. He even told me rudely to cancel the booking if i didnt want to take the 2 bed bedroom. Very disappointed with this hotel, i rating will be an star.

We have our flight cancelled due to well known issues, and could not make the trip. We asked for understanding as it is not under our control and some form of relief. I will not deal with this hotel anymore. They should have more understanding if people are already suffering flight cancellations.
