The hotel was nice and comfortable but the wi-fI was horrible. TV stations were hit and miss. Thank goodness we weren’t there for work where we would absolutely have needed our computers.

We had trouble using the keys to enter the room and had to return to the front desk three times to resolve. Finally able to open the door after hotel was going to send someone up to help. Also, shower was unadjustable and we did not like the spray setting. Otherwise, room was very neat, clean and comfortable and front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

My day was great however it would’ve been nice to be informed to know that the pool was closed as I have an existing medical condition that reside requires water therapy. This was very disheartening as had I known in advance that the pool was not operable I would’ve made other arrangements, in addition, it was my understanding that there would be microwave available in the room that happen upon my request for a microwave. I did ask for a discount due to the unavailability of accommodations to meet my needs hopefully in the future, the pool will be available Or at least a notification should be made on the site indicate indicative of the pool, not being an op for usage.

This was a large room and it is right near several restaurants and the large shoppers center with a Whole Foods. The shower had great water pressure. It is right near the highway and you can hear the highway at all times of the day.
