Good quality and friendly and helpful staff
The staff were very friendly, great breakfast and clean for sure. The location is ideal as there were restaurants and shopping around as well as the T into Boston was only a mile away. The struggle was the television was very fuzzy. I even tried to plug in all cords, but the static was there. The only other downside was the hot tub was out of service for maintenance or upgrade. My sore body was looking forward to it. Otherwise everything else was spectacular!

The hotel is in need of a refresh. The airconditioner in my room smelled very musty. Overall, the staff was very nice, but this hotel is run down. I'm surprised IHG allows this hotel to operate like this.

The pool under renovation, didn't know when i booked it. Had to ask for cups, toilet paper...stayed a whole week. First day and second day room was clean after that not so much. Hallway had a strange smell. Tape carpet in main lobby. Place could use a makeup.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was small but bed was comfy. Updates are needed around the hotel, but it looks like that will be happening. The breakfast buffet was very good, with food cooked perfectly and good options.
