Good quality and friendly and helpful staff
The staff were very friendly, great breakfast and clean for sure. The location is ideal as there were restaurants and shopping around as well as the T into Boston was only a mile away. The struggle was the television was very fuzzy. I even tried to plug in all cords, but the static was there. The only other downside was the hot tub was out of service for maintenance or upgrade. My sore body was looking forward to it. Otherwise everything else was spectacular!

The hotel is in need of a refresh. The airconditioner in my room smelled very musty. Overall, the staff was very nice, but this hotel is run down. I'm surprised IHG allows this hotel to operate like this.
