The room was nice, a little small but we liked having the electric fireplace in the room. We did not have time to go in the pool or hot tub which looked nice. If I stayed again, it looked like a plus. We also enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant there and the server/bar tender was slammed but we really liked him. We also enjoyed that you could walk across the street from the hotel and walk along or on the beach. We would stay here again! :0)

The overall the property is nice, but the room that we stayed in smelled like dust and it and because of that we did not get a proper sleep. The fireplace was good, kept us warm and cozy.

The views and access to beach were fantastic - hotel staff friendly and helpful. However it was a little dated with repairs and maintenance clearly needed. No room service or basic amenities like coffee service in the morning or basic needs like toothbrushes or aspirin. Rooms next to bars next door we loud due to live music until the wee hours; but the sunrises and sunsets all made up for it.

Location is a dream during summer, located across the street of the beach. You can request a room with a balcony overlooking at the ocean! You will need a 45 minutes drive to downtown Boston and much faster using the ferry located at the tip of the arm called Hull. Enjoy

My only complaint is no free coffee in the mornings. There was coffee to make in the room, but for me, I'm very spoiled getting free coffee when I go down to the lobby early in the mornings. Hopefully they can work that out.

The staff was very rude and inattentive, we paid over $1K for 3 nights and every morning were woken up by 5 am because of doors slamming over and over again. When we brought this up to the front desk staff they said “there’s nothing they could do about it” and “you should have said something when it was happening” we ended up cutting out stay short.

This is a great, ocean front property. The location cannot be beat. The rooms are spacious and our room came with a fireplace. That was a really nice amenity.

Ended coming to this hotel after a hotel we were at was super dirty and not nice. This hotel is so nice and pretty ! I wish we would have booked here instead! I loved it! Right across the street from the beach! The town it is in is super cute. If I ever come back to this area I’m staying here !

Took Amtrak for travel from Birmingham to Boston on 9/28 getting there on 9/29. Our train got held up in Atlanta for a few hours and traveled slowly through South Carolina when we did get going. We missed our connecting train to get to Boston that Sunday night. So I called the hotel to let them know and they said they weren’t going to do anything to help us out. Because we were stuck in DC to catch the a new train the next morning, I had to pay for another hotel. When I got to the hotel in Boston, I asked for an ocean full view when I booked this and they said because I booked it through you, they weren’t going to get me that room unless I paid $90 more per night. Mind you, this is my honeymoon. This hotel did not care it was our honeymoon and did nothing nice for us. Can you refund us for the night of 9/29 since we didn’t get there until 9/30. Amtrak was the reason why we didn’t get there in time.

This was our 2nd stay. We had to ask multiple times for extra towels. They charged extra for a 3rd person in the room. They charge a resort fee and don’t even have coffee in the am. Will look for other options next year.

Arrived after 9pm so we didn’t get a chance to explore or take advantage of the bar or restaurant. The room and location was a great option from an extremely pricey room in Boston. Only issue we had was the bathroom shower handle was missing which offered an extremely hot shower. Loved the fireplace on a chillier night. So happy to escape the balmy hot Florida weather for some peace and serenity as the waves crashed across the street! The drive through town was perfect on our way south to Plymouth and Cape Cod!
