The room was a handicapped room, which we didn’t request, and the rug was damaged, the kitchen was dirty and it was obvious that the shower area hadn’t been cleaned prior to our stay. We got there late in the evening so we didn’t call the front desk. Not happy with the amount we paid with what we received for a room. Not the normal for this facility. We might be staying elsewhere next trip.

This hotel was amazing. Very clean, friendly staff, perfect room size for a few people. Our room even had a whole kitchen with a full size fridge. The breakfast was delicious and hot with so many options. I'd definitely stay here again in the future!

The first room i was offered on 3rd floor had a very heavy smell of air freshener like a strong mens cologne, which also smelled in the hallway. Housekeeping must be trained better and don't offer a room witbout a quality check first. I dont want to drag 2 suitcases around to finally get a room with fresh circulating air.

I booked a room for two day, i was able to make it to the hotel on my first night due to my flight being cancelled. I made it to the hotel the next day after being able to get flight the next day. This people at the hotel told me that my booking has been cancelled and that I can’t get a refund for the cancellation. To make things worse they called police on me. This people are crooks.
