I stayed here for a month while on a work trip. There was some miscommunication at check-in, where I had to request the door code myself, and was informed that I needed to submit some information that I had not previously been asked to submit regarding "proof of travel." After that point, however, communication was excellent. They were available by text and responded right away.
If you rent one of the third or fourth floor rooms, you have to share a bathroom with other guests. I knew this going in, but a related an unexpected issue that cropped up revolved around the soap/shampoo dispensers due to other guests breaking them. They were not replaced for several days.
The room was clean, albeit showing signs of wear. Both the walls and floor show some minor signs of damage. There were occasionally insects in the room (ants, mostly), but if I took out the trash every day, I seldom saw them. My main complaint would be that, even with such a long stay, I would've had to pay $50 to receive housekeeping. I think that the hotel should have the obligation to clean the rooms once a week, as there are certain forms of cleaning that the guests themselves cannot do. I understand not offering room cleaning for shorter stays, but to go a month without a room clean is a bit much. The hotel was very responsive to requests for additional towels and sheets, however.
There is no mirror in the rooms. I think that's an easy fix that would cut down on bathroom congestion.
