The elevator was out, I have a walking disability, and the only room available only had one bed rather than two. It’s crowded so I’m not sleeping at 1:15 am. Hotel could not refund or reduce because rented thru Expedia. Very disappointing.

The elevators were out the whole time we are in our mid-60s and had to carry our luggage up for flights of stairs. The bathtub was filthy. And the clientele around the outside seemed very sketchy. We canceled our second night and what elsewhere.

Sonesta Simply Suites Boston Burlington offers great units with a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. They also have a kitchen with a fridge, and plenty of space to sit comfortably and work with your laptop or watch TV. The hotel is near the Burlington Mall, and a few steps away there is also a shopping area with a huge Wegmans supermarket, a bakery where they serve Spanish-style cortado coffee, and restaurants.
