The apartment is part of a two family home. I live on the second and third floors. The rental space is on the first floor. I have owned the building for 20 years. You will not be dealing with a management firm. Any questions or concerns you might have will be dealt with immediately by me.
The apartment is a very comfortable home with two large living rooms and 2 bedrooms. There is wifi, three TV's with full cable, original art and plenty of books. Very close by: the Charles River for running , biking and canoeing, the Harvard Art Museums, wonderful restaurants and coffee shops and book stores. And the subway (T) , which can take you to Boston or Logan International Airport, is a short walk away.
When the weather is pleasant, there is a garden and sitting area for your exclusive use.
