DESCRIPTION:

This single family ranch style home is sunny + spacious 4-bed / 2-bathroom home that boasts over 1,500 sq ft of living area. Enjoy a light and bright family room, spacious dining/game room, full guest bathroom and cozy back office and kids bedroom overlooking a pool and patio for entertaining! The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and fridge. The dining area flows seamlessly into nicely sized bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The central AC has 5 mini-splits.

Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms, smart TV (in living room and all bedrooms), baseboard heating, split ACs in all rooms and exclusive private swimming pool for summers.

DINING AREA + GAME SPACE:

We have a lovely dining nook (seats 8) where you can enjoy a relaxed meal or enjoy board games with your family and friends. The nook includes board games, billiards, table tennis, and a dining table (all in one).




PARKING:

House comes with 4 car dedicated parking spots (right outside the house)

KITCHEN + COFFEE BAR:

When it's time to refuel, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table. Our coffee station provides a variety of local brews and teas.

OUTDOOR:

Step right outside from the kitchen area to a charming porch, perfect for summer dining or enjoying a BBQ grill session. Home also provides direct access to a private courtyard with plenty of room for outdoor dining.

ADDITIONAL:

We do have video surveillance of the front door, parking and backyard which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

This home is perfectly situated just 30 minutes from the bustling heart of downtown Boston, offering easy access to iconic attractions like Fenway Park, the Boston Common, and the Freedom Trail. QUIET HOURS:

The neighborhood has families staying in surrounding houses. (10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours). Loud music/noise/events are strictly not permitted.

WIFI:

We have a high-speed fiber-optic connection available. The WIFI password will be shared prior to your stay

PETS:

We are dog-lovers ourselves and welcome dogs and cats at our house.

SMOKING:

This is no smoking house and any kind of smoking is strictly prohibited.

GUNS:

Guns or firearms are absolutely prohibited on this property.
