Pros: Location- very close proximity to Hynes Convention Center and on a beautiful street- just loved the location; ease of check-in and communication; simple breakfast included; friendly staff; kitchenette Cons: dated and run down decor- stained carpets, uncomfortable sitting furniture, dated tv and cable, flickering lighting bathroom; only amenity is breakfast (which is very basic); cost to amenity ratio (a lot of $$ for what you get- paying for location); very loud within the building- heard every step above us and room 101 is right next to front door with door opening and closing loudly and frequently. Maybe a better room location would have made a difference but overall a so-so stay.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms but could do with some more cooking utensils ..extremely comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Tea/ coffee facility available till 9pm in reception lounge area for residents. A nice continental breakfast available from 7am. Variety of fruits, yogurts, bagels, juices. Water hydration station available to fill water bottles. Staff extremely helpful and polite . Had dealings with Jordin who was so helpful she dealt and solved an issue immediately for us. She was extremely helpful and so efficient in her role as a receptionist. Was also able to store our Luggage in the reception as we had a late flight home, this was a huge help and greatly appreciated facility.. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fine but poor noise insulation
Decent sized room, but not in a the best condition. Bed didn’t have a proper duvet (more like a thin blanket covered with a white sheet). Elevator noise very audible and disturbed sleep, which is the biggest issue.

Great choice for a comfortable experience in a centralized location - easy walking to many restaurants, shops, and major sights. The Inn is nicely appointed - our room was large, had a separate bedroom area and a kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet. The concierge was thoughtful and accommodating. A great value! Will definitely stay there again.

Love, love, loved staying here! I felt like I had my own brownstone apartment in the Back Bay. A spacious suite with Bay window, fireplace, full kitchen, and separate bedroom with canopy bed. Clean. Quiet. Accessible to everything downtown. Jordan and Thomas were so nice and helpful. Great breakfast room with fantastic cappucino included. Walkable to almost all of Boston and the subway system. I would definitely stay there again.

Cool hotel in a converted brownstone building in a quiet, central location, close to The Pru. Room was modern, well-appointed and clean. Includes a kitchenette. Make sure you carry your phone - entry is keyless, and property will email a code to get in both the hotel and your room. Includes a continental breakfast in the ground floor area. Very enjoyable stay!

Nice property. All rooms at the location of the office. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. Elevator to all floors. Room was quite big with a separate living room area as well as separate bathroom from the bedroom. Bed was a Queen, which can feel small if you’re used to a King.
