Check in took longer than due to receptionist having an issue with someone on the phone,Hotel looked much better than the last time we stayed,drain in bathtub did not hold water for children’s bath,mattresses were comfortable but awkward as they slide on metal frame,pool & hot tub tile need a good cleaning

Expedia charged us when we booked online. Quality Inn charged us again when we registered. I’ve been double charged the same room. Furthermore, we were shopping in a specific area for a hotel. When paid for the room neglected to realize it was in an area 20 miles away. Generally speaking a terrible experience.

Person at front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in. Person I ran into in the hall on my way returning pool towels took them from me since he was going that way and when circuit breaker went off, person came up to room to make sure all was set. Attached restaurant/bar had great food and people at the bar were interesting and engaging. All in all, a great stay.

We came to the hotel to visit Martha's Vineyard. There was a lot of parking available. We stayed for two nights. While the room was very spacious, the carpets were not 100% clean. No body cleaned the room while we were away. Breakfast was minimal but we liked it. The price could beower at this time of the season.

Staff were nice but the property and hotel need a complete overhaul. Tired, limited on offerings, grounds not great - just a greed to collect on a very high rate for a hotel room $240.00 for a old, tired, smelly in the stairwells and halls hotel. Was really disappointed especially puzzled by the positive reviews

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lobby was off-putting with a plexiglass shield secured by yellow tape. A note said to call a number to reach someone who happened to be in the corner taking another call. She was pleasant but hard to hear through the shield. For the first time ever my license was scanned. Another sign warned not to smoke cannibis along with vapes. The experience sent the wrong message for an otherwise lovely stay and meal in the restaurant. The setting is gorgeous!

Arrived at 10:30 pm and no one was at the front desk. Called the hotels number and a man wearing sweatpants, a raggedy t shirt and no shoes came out of an office to greet us. He swiped my debit card multiple times and didn't explain what for and then handed me a receipt with card info that wasn't even mine. The whole property has an awful smell. I had trouble sleeping because even my room smelled bad like something rotten. I have never seen a hotel employee wear pajamas to work an overnight shift. Absolute nightmare stay
