The only issue I had was that outlets did not work in our room. There were outlets in a dresser next the bed and the phone chargers would not stay in them. We tried 4 different chargers (all different types of blocks) and they all fell out. I had to move the dresser to use the outlet in the wall and those were very hard to plug in. Bathroom outlets worked fine.

The staff was amazing !! Maintenance in the rooms was subpar. Definitely not a 4 star but a good value for what we paid. Worst was when you walk out the front doors...ALWAYS people out there smoking.

Overall nice stay.
Stay was nice. Front Desk amazing. Bar, mixed drink was horrible, however they did remove it for me. Bar did not carry change so the bartender had to go to the Front Desk for change. Leaving her patrons alone. Found that really odd that she didn’t have a bank. Not everyone charges to their room. Just wanted to leave a nice tip. Felt bad she had to go through all that trouble. That makes no sense. Bartender was nice, but Manager did not even try to talk to guests. Restaurant in the AM was good. Friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The stay was good. There were a few things that could be better. There were stains on the comforters and there was no fridge in the room. The hotel was decorated very nicely. One of the maids actually closed the elevator door on me while getting in because she was pushing the close button.

It was not k till the ceiling in the bathroom came down on my friends head, seem they have a leak and the ceiling final gave out there was a lot of black mold on the sheet rock so the leak must be there for a while

My 17yr old & I stayed here to go to a concert at Gillette. Its about 16 miles away and in a great location. The decor is amazing and brought me back in time. Next time we're in the area it'll def be our first choice.
