The pictures online are not a clear representation of the resort. Many of the places are in severe disrepair and the office is about a half mile from where we actually stayed so at check-in we actually drove around for about 30 minutes before we found the building where we were supposed to be staying because the directions, given to us about where the resort was were very poor. We also had to pay a daily resort fee and the game room and area where the games were in the pictures was very different than in reality. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Nice accomodation, a little incovenience.
We were checked in to a very nice 1 bedroom condo, unloaded and unpacked our luggage, and stayed the first night of a week stay. Right at dinner time on the second night we got a call from the front desk that they needed to move us to another unit as ours had been selected by the health authority for inspection. We had to repack everything and move to the other unit. Very inconvenient. The second room was not as nice and easy to see why our original unit was selected for inspection. This is an outstanding facility so our stay was still enjoyable. We were told there would be some sort of compensation for our inconvenience, but as of this writing we have not been made aware of what that might be. Haven't seen anything yet, but still waiting. It was definitely a wasted evening and felt like a downgrade. Glad we didn't have anything specific planned. Ownership has changed hands in the last couple of years, so keep an eye on that.

Pulling up, it was a nice property. Once I got checked in I had to go to the concierge to get a parking pass. All that is is employed to get you to sign up for a timeshare review. Had to wait 25 minutes for anyone can come to the concierge desk. Once we got to our condo, it was apparent right away that the carpets were very old, staying, and in dire need of replacement throughout the condo. Everything else throughout our two days stay will fantastic. I would highly recommend new carpets, or removal and adding laminate flooring.

Not perfect, but would stay again.
Communication in advance of trip was lacking. Found some information online, but had to call to confirm. Rooms are adequate, but walls are thin and appliances are old. There was mold around the tub. Not all negative. We were very comfortable, the space was nice, and staff was very friendly.

You could tell the suite was older, could have been a little cleaner, jetted bath tubs didn’t look appealing. Kids had a blast in indoor pool and game room, had to drive to it though. It rained while there so didn’t get to use mini golf or playground. Property was nice, well lit and safe, saw lots of families. Two bedroom Suites set up nicely for families with two screened in balconies, two full bathrooms, full kitchen and dining, plus pull out sofa in living room lots of storage and washer/dryer. Cleanliness only complaint, but all in all a great trip

I am tired of traveling. The family has joined me on several short trips this year. They all agreed this was the best stay. The space -- comfortable. The fold out bed -- excellent. The setting on the river bank -- relaxing. The staff -- superbly helpful.
