The check in clerk was like you are bothering me. Didn't say anything about breakfast or other things you need to know. They advertise hot breakfast, there were no breakfast at all not even a continental breakfast. The hotel office did not open until 9 AM. So the people either had to wait until 9 AM to check out or just leave if you need to leave early. usually have good service at this hotel but not this time. If they are not going to serve breakfast in the winter months, they do not need to advertise it. Let the people know about everything when checking in, that your job.

The facility was close to the restaurant of our choice and we were able to get a ground floor room. There Was No Free Hot Breakfast (had been listed). The bathroom showed signs of age and disrepair (peeling paint). Grab bar on tub was at opposite end from the faucet.

There was a moldy smell throughout, ceiling in bathroom was moldy, tub had ring around that was dirty, smaller dirty ring in sink, microwave in 2 of our 3 rooms still had pieces of food in them, no staff available till almost 830 AM, another couple trying to find milk in the breakfast room. We checked out after 1 night. Receptionist at front was pleasant and seemed to understand why we didn’t want to stay our 2nd night. I think she might live there, and the smells can’t be good on her health.

Disappointing stay

We stayed there several years ago it and it was good. They no longer offer evening cobbler, The ice machine was not working. The waffle batter was out or broken. They only put out maybe 2 peanut butter each day. No hot water in the shower. Problems with the card to open the door. No Kleenex in the room.. We will not be returning there.

Thought this place was very over priced for what you got. Also I booked a two queen room and I’m pretty sure the beds were only full size. Makes a difference when you have your husband and two kids with you.

I had stayed at this property before, and it was nice and clean. The room was clean, but cobwebs in the corner and it definitely needed some paint in the room. Also, there were only about five cars in the parking lot, but someone was put in the room above us, and they were loud all night long. I thought maybe it might be better to space out the rooms when there are just a few People staying.
