Everything great but the firm mattress.
Almost everything about the budget ibis is good except for what I needed and that’s a mattress that we could sleep on. We both woke up throughout the night in pain! (Home mattress is medium to firm,) but theirs were beyond firm. Such a shame as It even had aircon which was much appreciated

Pleasant stay but would not use a budget one again
We stayed for 3 nights myself, hubby and granddaughter, being disabled found 3 of the 4 cars in the 4 bay disabled parking areas had No blue badges, which meant I could not park in the disable parking. I am aware it was a budget ibis, but the mattress is too hard, and left me with more pain and not good nights sleep while there. The other issue is no tea making in the rooms, this was hard for me as I was unable to access a hot drink through the night unless I woke my husband. This is something that should be consodered

Budget it might be but far too basic even for a budget hotel. Nowhere to unpack and store your clothing. Our room had 3 plumbing issues but not remedy during our 4 night stay. Wouldn’t dismiss it out of hand but more akin to a backpackers hostel - imho.

The staff at Ibis Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was spotless, with all the essentials – a TV, strong WiFi, a wonderfully hot shower, and a convenient coffee station by reception for that morning pick-me-up. The hotel offered some nice amenities as well, with a bar perfect for unwinding after a long day, and breakfast available at an affordable price. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a rather unpleasant odour. There was a strong smell of dog in the room, which seemed like an attempt had been made to mask with bleach. While I appreciate the effort to freshen the room, the combination wasn't ideal. Overall, Ibis Hotel offered a clean and comfortable stay with friendly service and handy amenities. However, I'd recommend requesting a room that hasn't recently housed pets if you have allergies or sensitivities to strong smells.
