I was given a dirty blanket with yellowish stains on it that had no cover, where a big spider jumped out when I tucked it. There was no bins in the room, no aircon and the window doesn't shut.

Good location, friendly and helpful host. However, the good stops here. The toilet, shower abd cooking premises were disgusting due to some people not cleaning after themselves. Dirty toilets, showers, bathroom sinks and kitchen. No AC in the room but for this rate there should be an AC as the room feels like an oven during a hot summer day, I had to stay out because of it and just come back to sleep.

Short business trip.
Super clean, convenient to Exhibition and convention center and South Brisbane Train station. Close to IGA and food places. Quiet, secure location. Non aircond but had a fan which helped. Will stay again.
