Stunning position in Ross on Wye
The staff at the Royal were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel itself is in a wonderful position overlooking the Wye Valley. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We had a room in the newer building with fabulous views. There is no lift at the hotel. The rooms with easiest access have several steps. The shower is over the bath.. Not wholly suited to thise with mobility issues.

I have been here 3 time's now and i enjoy the feel good factor , it's a welcoming place with lovely people and the food has always been good. The rooms are very clean and I loved my single room because of the large bed and the pillows are just right. Great views from rear garden and it's close to town .
