It is decorated to a high standard and offers an open plan kitchen/living space, master bedroom with en suite shower room, second bedroom with full size single bunk beds, a family bathroom and private courtyard.

Fabulous apartment
We have stayed in many self catering holiday homes over the years, this ranks as one of the best. So clean and modern and nice little touches. Location was excellent, walking distance to shops, bars and eateries. Also 5 mins to beach, from there at low tide you can walk to Ramsgate and Margate. If we are coming back to this lovely part of the UK, we will try and stay here again.

A lovely flat, with the bonus of private parking and the High Street and beach within a stone's throw. All exceedingly clean and comfortable and nicely equipped for self-catering, although with so many good restaurants on the doorstep the temptation to eat out was great. Just as well Broadstairs and its neighbouring bays provide wonderful opportunities to stretch one's legs and burn off the calories. Altogether it was a very enjoyable holiday.

A gem of a holiday pad
Super easy communication and check-in lead to what truly is an amazing apartment. So well appointed with everything you could wish for to make for a relaxed break. Spotlessly clean, allows you to simply unpack and get on with your holiday. For us this was a return break and it didnā€™t fail to delight. Parking at the property which is no more than a stoneā€™s throw from the beach is a rare find. Not to suggest youā€™ll be driving much as thereā€™s so much within east walking distance from the apartment. Five star brilliance!

Superb apartment in great location
We had a fabulous week in this apartment. It was so close to all the amenities including the beach and with private parking which made for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We would definitely like to come again.

A return visit which didnā€™t fail to delight! This is a super amazing property which provided all we needed for a wonderfully relaxed break. Spotlessly clean and brilliantly equipped. Amazing location and facilities
This is the third time we have stayed here and once again it was a fantastic experience. The flat is perfectly located for the beach and local shops/restaurants. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and nicely laid out, perfect for a family of our size. The added ā€œquick dryā€ beach towels were a nice added touch. I would (and have) highly recommend this property. We look forward to returning again.

Everything you need for a super relaxed break
This property really is superb in so many respects. Location doesnā€™t get better than this - a stoneā€™s throw from all that Broadstairs has to offer, but tucked away from it all - just two minutes from the beach. The property itself is excellent, providing everything you could need for a lazy home-from-home stay - the addition of a private courtyard garden is great. The apartment was super clean, allowing us to simply unpack and start enjoying our break from the moment of arrival. Wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend or return!

Great Location, good base home
The property was clean and well equipped for our stay in Broadstairs. It had everything you need and was clean and tidy. Being in the basement of the building it was a little bit dark but as we spent most of our time out it was perfect for what we needed. The position was superb with the high street and beach both only five mins walk away. It was in a quiet area and we didn't really hear any noise. Having a car parking space was great because we went out most days knowing we could park when we got back. A nice apartment in a quiet location but close to everything you need.

We had a wonderful holiday. The weather was superb for the time of year. We would certainly recommend this to anybody staying in Broadstairs. Plenty of choice for eating out close at hand. This is our third trip to Broadstairs all of which have been superb.

This apartment was clean, bright and modern. With good quality appliances and utensils.
We stayed here last year and because there is so much to do around the area and great rail links we decided to revisit this year. We enjoyed the apartment, itā€™s contents and location. The weather was also glorious. No coats and jumpers needed for the whole two weeks.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Beach Retreat. It is in a good location to get to the beach & shops with a good bus service to the local area. The accommodation is first class, very comfortable and with the extra luxury of an en-suite to main bedroom as well as family bathroom. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in this part of the country.

Down the stairs from the car park is this beautiful modern flat. Spotlessly clean, with big fluffy towels and lovely beds. Big double in one bedroom, wide bunk beds in smaller bedroom. 2 modern bathrooms, both equipped with soap and toilet rolls. Kitchen packed with all the equipment needed, plus cleaning materials, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, soap dispenser, as well as small amount tea, coffee and sugar, as well as fresh pint of milk in the fridge, and pots with salt and pepper in cupboard. Bottom drawer full of bin liners, foil and sandwich bags. Big squashy settees plus table, 4 chairs and a bench, enough for everyone to sit in comfort. Cupboard in hall with games and playing cards, plus big outside box on small terrace with boogie boards, buckets and spades, footballs, and other beach games. Two sets of keys provided, and flat is very close to main shopping street, and less than 5 minutes walk to beach. Small Tesco and Londis round the corner, along with all the shops needed for day to day living. I couldn't fault this apartment and would definitely come back again. Many thanks to owners.
