When i got the hotel there was 3 cars in the parking lot. I went to my room and it was a handy cape room. Im not hanby cape. So went down to the manager and told me she put me in a handy cape room and i do not want that. She told me she could not help me because the hotel was full. It was not all day and night... so i stayed in this room that every time i took a shower the bathroom floor would fill up with water and half the hallway. And the TV only worked half the time.

Easy check in. Hotel is very clean and though I did not have a pet I did see staff welcome people with theirs. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Lobby is modern and had coffee station. Well lit property and easy to find. Enjoyed my stay and hope to come back soon.

We have stayed here a few times with our pup. The service here is cheerful and reliable. The staff are very friendly. The place is very clean. The lighting in the rooms could be much improved. Very dim lighting makes it hard to see in the room which doesn't get a sun exposure based on how the hotel is positioned. Black lampshades don't help.

Very convenient to shopping areas with easy parking. Had a hard time getting to sleep with the kids running around above our room. First time since staying here the breakfast was bad. Food was cold and the juice machine was all water.

Very disappointed!
The lobby appeared clean! The breakfast was appealing and area looked clean. The room looked clean, but unfortunately it had carpet which looked dirty… and during the night on a trip to the bathroom my husband killed four little roaches. Ugh! That did us in. We checked out a day early as we weren’t sure if they were only confined to the bathroom, and we certainly didn’t want to bring them home in our luggage. Was very disappointed as this is not an old hotel. I’ve always enjoyed staying at La Quintas. Do not recommend this one!
