Everything was good except the air conditioner in our room. We called the front desk and asked for a fan because the thermostat wouldn't go below 74, and the fan continuously ran even though it was on auto. We never got the fan. I reported it to the front desk clerk at check out.

The light by one side of the bed didn’t work (room felt dark). We had a flashing light coming into our room from outside, curtains weren’t long enough to keep the light out. Shower head not working properly, and we had a hard time getting the soap off. Breakfast selection poor, no meat, a large warming tray had an “Out of order’ sign on it. I got a glass of milk at breakfast buffet, went back to my room, had a large swallow of milk, and it was sour ;made me sick to my stomach). I will NOT stay there again-the price of the room is too much for what you receive.

Disappointing

This was our 2nd stay at this location in a couple of years. While we were happy with everything during our first stay, this stay was disappointing. The room had a dog smell and the towels a strange odor. Because of a delay in supplies being delivered, breakfast had no waffles, no mil for cereal or to drink, and a minuscule variety of pastries.
