This hotel is amazing! Located perfectly for the train station and Grand Place. The decor is amazing! I loved the colourful hallways and intricate tiling was amazing to see. We spoke to the owner of the hotel who was very friendly and funny. We spoke and exchanged a few jokes. We will certainly book again when we return to Brussels!

AVOID!! We actually walked out and never spent the night. The room smelled of mold, the bathroom was disgusting, the sheets looked like they were donated from a homeless shelter. The hotel its self is in awful condition

There were bed bugs in our room. This place appears fancy in photos but in person it's all fake and falling apart. The desk staff is lazy and unhelpful. There is a reason they always have vacancies when everyone else is full.
