View Melbourne one word ‘Horrendous’. The night shift staff should be taught some hospitality skills and manners on how to speak politely. Rooms are pathetic. Bedsheets and blankets have stains despite requesting to change them it was not changed. I advise people to stay away from this junkyard. The staff here are absolutely terrible. Housekeeping staff : I don’t know what kind of cleaning they do seriously. Stay away and go for better options in Melbourne. I regret choosing this over Voco as we wanted something near St Kilda.

Room was great. Housekeeping was terrible . Room was not cleaned after first night stay. Do not disturb sign was placed on the door , by housekeeping staff. (not by me). After specifically requesting room be cleaned and serviced after 2nd night . The bed was made but linen/ towels & toilet roll tea coffee items were not restocked . Very disappointing .

Unfortunately I cant recommend this property, beyond the location. The walls are paper thin, I could word for word hear the conversions between the people in the room next to me. This left me feeling like I had minimal privacy, and I also had an interrupted sleep. Sometimes its just the little things that make or break an experience...There was a hair in the mug, the towels are threadbare, the shower is mouldy, you hear people coming and going all night, housekeeping didnt visit the room even though I was out all day everyday... its just average.

Comfortable beds, great shower ! Breakfast was good quality. I would have liked a folder, showing room service and where to find thing's in the facility. We has super noisy folk next door, resulting In a call to the Management at 1am, it was dealt with quickly and silence prevailed.

The contract cleaners really let the team down by failing to clean rooms for several days running. The staff were understandably annoyed and upset that this was happening but were lovely to deal with at all times. Parking on site was great, room was spacious and lovely view of the city. Perfect for coming in to the office. Overall, very happy.

The city view from level 8 was terrific. We enjoyed the breakfast, but you need to remember to book it the day before to get a discount. We enjoyed the location. It was a pleasant walk to Fed Square in the city. Parking underneath is tight in a larger car, but we always went to B2 and had no problems.
