If you don't want to spend too much for spending one or two nights and stay close to the city center for business trips, this is ok. The hotel is very minimal and you should not pretend too much from it.

Awful. Don't stay here.
the people working there were fairly rude. The room had bed bugs and nothing was done about this. Overall a fairly terrible stay. The best way to describe it was a bed, and barely that.

Not very great.
The heater did not work in the room. I reported it to the front desk and they said they'd fix it but it still didn't get fixed. Luckily it wasn't too cold. They did not clean after my first night there; towels were still wet and bedding hadn't been change. They asked me if I wanted breakfast the first day and I said yes but only 2 of 3 days. When I ate the first day apparently they did not charge me so they had to charge me then. The breakfast was very disappointing for the price and they did not even have breakfast ready at the correct time on the morning of my checkout. The only positive things were that the room was fairly clean and the location is fairly close to Grand Place.

The only good thing about this place is the location. Unfortunately, it's not well maintained. The building needs renovation. It smells a little funky. You can tell they don't clean very often. I regret not spending the extra money for a better hotel.

Awful hotel, terrible service, stay away
The hotel details were wrong on hotel.com. I tried canceling the reservation, multiple times, but neither the hotel nor hotels.com would do it. We were promised a double room with a free infant crib. When we got there and were charged the non refundable rate, we learned the single room had two beds and cribs were 15 euros—but were not available. The receptionist was not helpful; she yelled at us and when asked for her name and name of owner, she went to call the police. WE COULD NOT STAY THERE. It was unsafe for our child and we couldn’t bear the harassment by the staff. After multiple calls and emails, the hotel and hotels.com refused to refund our money. I will never stay at this hotel and will never book with Hotels.com either.

The lady at the front was rude and not very welcoming. The furnishings, linens, room, bathroom were dirty and showed age. We found a GIANT bedbug on the blanket on our last day!!!
