We like the location of the hotel. The food and drink at the hotel are dear but the Happy hour 12-6 was great value. We had a conversation with Yuli who is a customer experience officer and she was wonderful. She asked for our feedback the second day at the buffet breakfast and we asked if we could have more water and toilet paper in our room and that was no issue for her to organise. We received extra paper and water in our room the next day. The only criticism i do have about the hotel is that if you pay cash at the pool bar you are hounded to pay straight away instead of at least waiting for us to finish our first drink. It was a bit frustrating as they had our room number. A suggestion that would be great would be to have an air conditioned area that has a couple pool tables and a nice bar as it is very hot playing pool in the area the pool table is currently located. People would probably stay around the hotel grounds a lot more as there isnt much to do at the hotel once the pool closes. Overall the hotel is worth staying at.

Always love staying at The Stones. Amazing service and staff. Great location close to everything and just across the road from the beach. Beds are super comfortable and the cleanliness is second to none. The pool is one of the best in the area with lots of sun lounges available and a very long happy hour. Unfortunately there was an international conference on during my recent stay with patrons who were very inconsiderate of other guests. Obviously not the hotel’s fault, but just something to be aware of.

A great clean safe property with beautiful rooms and pool area. I had to take away a star for the constant upselling by the staff. It starts at the check in process and is laced through every interaction with service staff. It got to the point we avoided dealing with staff and opted to eat and drink off site to avoid the constant upsell.

Staff excellent friendly and helpful, Rooms clean and comfortable beds, Breakfast good, hallways carpet to rooms a bit tired. Pool excellent. Very good place to stay.

A truly memorable stay …the girls at breakfast were so lovely especially Sari who always remembered our coffees and how we had them.. The service was exceptional even special touches of having icy poles delivered in a rubber raft whilst beside the pool…

Superb hotel and amazing staff who are all super helpful and friendly. Sayen Juni on the desk were amazing as was all the restaurant staff in the morning, all so nice. Harry was very friendly ensuring all was good with our stay on most mornings. Ivan looked after us daily along with another vent nice person at the pool bar every day. Hotel is very well kept and a great position to venture out. Would defnately recommend this hotel.
