The beautiful house, recently constructed, covers an area of 400 m² and it offers picturesque views of the mountains.

The property is conveniently situated 18 km from the golf course, 4 km from the supermarket, 45 km from the airport, and 4 km from the train station. Additionally, it is located just 18 km away from the water park. This ideal family-friendly home is situated in the urban area, making it convenient for everyday living.

The accommodation is equipped with various amenities, including terrace furniture, a fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, iron, safe, internet, hairdryer, central heating, and air conditioning throughout the entire house. It also boasts a private swimming pool and a garage in the same building. For entertainment, there is a TV with satellite channels available.
