The carpet in the room was old and had a small smell. Not too bad but I would expect better.
$18 AUD for a 1L bottle of water down at the desk was over the top. Gym was great.

The property was well looked after, clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and approachable and went over and beyond in particular Joshua, Des and Joven. Will book again given the chance. The hallways, gym and common areas need a bit of touch up though. Overall fantastic stay.

"If you want a decent budget hotel this place works. But what I didn’t know is that this place is also a love hotel. So there are mirrors on the ceiling above the bed and large ones on the wall.
