Private garden: The private garden is big 500sq.m. and it is surrounded by hedges. The garden has been mainly laid to lawn with beautiful seasoned flowers, trees, and shrubs. There is an outdoor charcoal BBQ only for your use. In front of the villa is the garden patio equipped with a table, chairs, and umbrella. There you can dine outside your homemade food.
Children's playground: The playground is shared by the guests of Sunny Hills Villas.

The villa is situated in the picturesque and quiet village of Bryastovets (Burgas, Bulgaria). The village is close to the sea but far enough from the crowded and busy resorts. The distance to main Bulgarian resorts like Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Burgas, and Pomorie is only 15 to 20 min by car. The connection roads to all of the famous places on the Black sea coast are fast and well maintained.
