This property is in need of a makeover. Repairs need to be made and worn carpet and furnishings replaced and brought into the 21st Century. It is clean and comfortable and perfect for Stansted Airport convenience.

I really like that I got a king size bed and a non smoking room, as requested. I feel like the bar downstairs didn’t really have enough staff for the people waiting, to place their order, and this was Saturday afternoon, however the bar snack I ordered was quite tasty. Very happy to see tea and coffee facilities in the room. Easy check out.

Great location
This hotel benefits from its location. It was a 4-ish minute walk on a covered walkway from Stansted Airport. The check-in and out processes were quick and efficient but could have been a bit friendlier. The common areas were nice. The restaurant, bar area, and pool area were nicely maintained/updated. We found our room to be tired and not as clean as we would have liked. The walls were in need of a wipe-down and the carpets were stained and worn out in places. It’s an okay option for a quick stay near the airport but nothing special.

they make me thirsty
hi i just stay in this hotel to take some rest after traveling but whenevi go there i resched thervon 1 am and totally exhausted and hungry itry to call room service or reception but no one answered after i wakeup i try to call reception again and no one answered thenbi go to reception and told them ineed some water then they told me it's ok and will be delivered to me and my family after one our of waiting i came again and told them where is the water they told me you have to pay for the the water. they have to told me this before one hour not after waiting one hour and there was an option to drink free water at least told me about this option so i would not wait for one hour and after all this they did not give us any late chicout at least for one or tow hour as gold member of hotel.com i should have this privilege.and my stay is only for few hour from 1 am to 12bm.
