we stayed at Arya for 4 nights with our family (6 adults and 2 toddlers) Arya presented much better in the photos than real life. the best part was the living-kitchen-outdoor deck. bathrooms were good, (even though none of the doorlocks work....). with the "baby-gate" at the top of the stairs , the house is "toddler safe". washing machine and dryer were great. General comments and opportunities for improvements: - council recycle bins were overflowing when we arrived on Friday, and only got emptied on Monday - spa did not work all weekend, we were only advised after we checked in - no proper curtains in second bedroom (we had light from neighbours shine in every night0. - none of the privacy locks on the bathroom doors work - we had a fruit-fly investation all weekend in the kitchen (the fruit-flies were there when we arrived), even though we sprayed etc. (this was a major issue for us). - aircon in the loft bedroom does not work properly - no real privacy in the loft bedroom - not enough rubbish bags, for kitchen bins. - if you have a 4 wheel drive SUV (Prado, or similar), it may not fit in the (single) garage space. Overall we had a great family get together at Arya, but some of the above issues only let us score it a 3 star ("just ok") rating. Regards, Joe & Amanda and family
