Nestled in the dunes at beautiful Belongil Beach - an ideal beachside escape.
Located down a private road with undercover parking for two cars, the house is designed with open plan living and master suite on the first floor and two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor.

From the entrance, the glass lined hallway filled with beautiful tropical planting, brings the outdoors inside. The hallway leads to the two lower bedrooms, one with king bed and ensuite. The other has two king singles which can be made up as a king bed, on advance request, and ensuite and a separate laundry.

Up the light filled timber stair case, to the left is the master suite with king bed, ensuite and private balcony overlooking the garden and Belongil Creek. To the right, the glass lined first floor welcomes you into the seamless, open plan kitchen, dining and living area with guest powder room. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up something delicious for dining indoors or out. There is plenty of room to relax on the sumptuous lounge with a good book or catch up on the latest episode of your current series. With aircon throughout and wifi your comfort and communication is covered.

The house benefits from being tucked into the dunes so you feel totally cosy on the timber deck that surrounds the living area with barbeque and outdoor dining.

From the deck, a few steps entice you up to the top of the dune and your own beachfront cabana. A perfect spot to watch dolphins and whales frolic in the bay and so very handy for your morning swim.

With the stunning beachside location, modern conveniences and thoughtful styling throughout, every effort has been made to ensure you feel right at home.

A nice house with a good location but still some distance up a hill and down some steep steps to the beach. The kitchen utensils were pretty poor; no real usable tongs, no m'wave proof containers, no water jug. These are all little things that start to quickly annoy when you're paying good money. The ceiling fans don't work, there are only fly screens on some doors ??? the aiircon in master B'room didn't work and wasn't fixed whilst we were there.. It was a slow trip into town each day due to road works and it meant picking up the key and dropping off was a pain. ? try Key safe at the house. Someone( the real estate and owners) needs to go through and do a better inventory of what's needed.

the house is great albeit dark downstairs but suffers from poor maintenance and an agent slow to respond and not working weekends leaking taps bedlamps dont work bbq leaks fat on the deck outside lights not working exhaust fan faulty some doors dont open disappointing week
