This smartly renovated 3 bedroom townhouse offers open plan living with a superior standard of accommodation for up to six people, with two queen beds and two single beds. Relax in your master bedroom with your own ensuite, private balcony and ocean views up the coast. A slate tiled private pool in the complex completes the perfect picture.

Fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and security parking complete the package. Complimentary WIFI for internet browing and emails. Linen is supplied.

This property is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please don’t hesitate to contact our office .
You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics).

Great spot but lacking extras
Check in after house was not good. On arrival there was no key pad for the code given and the gate was locked. Took us 40min to get in/ to find a resident.garage remote was inside the unit and didn’t The unit is spacious and lovely decor but a huge negative was no aircon. Ceiling fans in bedrooms only ( none in living rooms) so it was sweltering. No security screens on sliding doors doors so couldn’t leave place open if we went for a swim, at night etc. We were given some standing fans but I had to go hire portable air con from Ballina. No beach towels, no umbrellas etc ( all other places we stay in each year in Byron supply these) A small table near the back door with no chairs. No sun lounges or anything around the pool. Pillows were very hard and one was very dirty! Broken rusty clothes airer, rusty dirty washing machine, cobwebs and cockroaches. Such a disappointment because it looked great online. Lovely retro decor, great spot across from Clarkes beach and close to the pass but for the price…. Owners need to upgrade. We will stay elsewhere next time for that price.

Great location to Clarke's beach and the Pass! The property itself has everything you could possibly need for a 5 day stay! Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this to families or groups of friends wanting a property with space and great location.
