We stayed here for 1 night before travelling to Banff, then stayed for 3 more nights upon return from Banff. The rooms were good, complementary breakfast was good enough. Parking and other amenities were ample. We tried their restaurant for dinner and the food was tasty. Overall it was a good experience and will definitely recommend this place for future visits. Oh, and this place is just 13 minutes drive to CrossIron Mills.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Very fast check in and out. The food at the restaurant onsite Tonic was outstanding! Best burger ever. And our server Megan was fantastic. Love the rooftop patio and hot tubs. Was very relaxing. The lights on the bed are cool. Shuttle to airport was friendly and very punctual. Highly recommend this property

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Applause Hotel and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect. The service was outstanding; the staff were not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. Especially Anna went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing helpful recommendations and quick responses to any requests. She took the initiative to recognize my daughter’s birthday during breakfast when she found out. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. Our room was immaculate upon arrival.

We like this hotel. We’ve stayed here before. Quiet, comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Everything very clean. Plenty of parking. Nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner. All staff are super helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus runs back and fore to airport. A friendly greeter in the airport arrivals hall will show you where the phone is to call the hotel, when you are ready to be picked up by the shuttle. Look out for the greeters dressed in red with white cowboy hats. Very well organised at Calgary airport.
