We had excellent customer service from Kishan. He upgraded our room to a suite for free, he ensured we had all that we needed like toothbrushes and toothpaste as well as extra pillows. We enjoy staying at this hotel because of its location but also because of the service we receive.

First of all they have no proper lighting in washroom, no hooks in washroom. Bath tub was clogged. Wash basin was full of dead and alive mosquitoes.

Do not stay here. Expedia shouldn’t have this location listed. It’s falsely advertised as a clean and renovated hotel with fake photos. There was a number of police officers on site, crime taking place, a wedding happening as you walked into the building so you had to walk through a cloud of smoke that was inside and outside. The staff were dirty and shady. The elevator had holes in it and you could see to the bottom floors. I had 3 rooms booked and each was equally bad - holes in the walls, hair in the toilet, hair everywhere actually, stucco walls, yellow bathtub and toilet seats that moved when you sat, doors that wouldn’t lock, etc etc etc. It was so terrible that we didn’t stay, we checked in and checked out less than 30 minutes later. No refunds, no money back. We will contact Expedia and try to resolve something and see if this property can be unlisted so no one else has to find out the hard way like we did.
