Woke up to drunk people talking super loud I try hallways. It’s a cheap hotel so attracts that demographic. The also allow large dogs. We woke up several times to dogs barking in the hallways. Never experienced that at a hotel before

Terrible experience here. First the system was down so we had to wait so long to check in that we called an uber to go somewhere to kill time. Got to our room late. It was so dirty…didn’t look like it had been cleaned in quite a long time. I was there with my daughter and grandbaby and the room wreaked of cigarette smoke ( I did call and complain but they didn’t seem to care) the smell was coming from the hall but very strong. The website says soundproof rooms…I didn’t get any sleep because there was a cat meowing all night and a dog barking very early in the morning. Could hear people talking in the hall all hours of the night as well. I read a review about rooms being renovated…ours definitely wasn’t. It’s like they stuck us in the storage room with all of the filth. On top of all of this I see I was charged twice for this stay on my credit card. I emailed the property but I haven’t heard back yet. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I definitely won’t be back.
