Most of the channels didn’t work we called someone up and he said that they were been having trouble with Rogers. I also called down to have pillows and blankets brought up for the spare bed and no one came.

Property is under Reno’s, which we were not informed of. We were unlucky enough to get a room right next to the rooms under renovations. Construction started before 9am. The pool is not child friendly, the shallow end starts at 1meter. The hot tub is chest deep so also not for kids. So much chlorine that it burned our eyes. Our tv didn’t work. We got a service person to look at it and he stated it was an Internet connection problem, and they could probably bring us a new tv. A few minutes later the front desk called and offered to move us into a different room. We declined. The Moxies restaurant should have been convenient but the service was horrible and both eating in and taking out, we were waiting an unacceptable amount of time. Two times we were locked out of our room because our key cards stopped working. The shower was horrible, no water pressure and had to hold the detachable shower head because it wouldn’t stay in the holder. Rooms not soundproof at all and could hear every plane that flew overhead and every voice in the hallway. Would not stay here again.

The suite qas a good size but poorly equiped. The fridge had no freezer so we needed to use the one at reception. They had no cribs available eventhough they were advertised. The pool had no towels so we had to ask for them. AC is loud and the kitchenette is extremely limited. Our bathroom door didnt really close. That being said the rooms are well sized and comfortable.

Lobby and dining was great. Hallways and room were below par. Bathroom sink didnt drain properly, baseboards were in extremely bad shape. Thick black hairs in sink. Carpet felt and looked dirty. Walls were not clean at all. Bathtub felt like it was sinking at one end. Pool and hot tub were heavily chlorinated so bad that it burnt the eyes just being in the pool area. No towels and water was pooled everywhere.
