The quality of the morning breakfast was mediocre. The food that should have been "hot" was luke warm. The selections didn't change. The free wi-fi was slooooow and we consistently could not download our emails. Their staff and the provider were unable to correct these problems. They generally implied that it was our equipment, yet when we at other venues we didn't encounter any problems. The general service and security staff at the hotel were great. The facility is showing its age and needs a refresh.

Location is great. Restaurant next door was tasty. Pool area/hot tub were not well maintained. Broken items, low sanitizer in hot tub. Construction started in adjacent building at 5am and woke up everyone. Not their fault but receptionist was very rude about it. They gave us a rebate for our $50 parking as compensation.

Everyone was very kind, the place was clean and well kept. I would have loved to give a five star review, but a main reason for choosing this place because of the pool and hot tub, which my company and I were unable to enjoy. I called and made known that there was a rambunctious crowd at the pool all day the day I was there, up until I last checked at 8:30pm. I was told I was not the first complaint, and that security was aware of the fact that this particular group was allowing people in from outside the hotel. Therefore, myself and my own group who were paying to stay there were unable to enjoy all that there was to offer. Furthermore, it was not just us. Two other groups walked in and right back out of the pool room. It was very unfortunate, and my guests and I were very disappointed. Aside from that, though, like I said, everyone was very hospitable, everything was clean, we enjoyed the complementary breakfast, etc. So it was just unfortunate that a bad group messed things up, and I understand how this may have put the hotel between a rock and a hard place. However, paying guests should be able to enjoy what they paid for.

All was great but the parking fees was ridiculously steep at $53 a night other than that loved the stay and wish breakfast would be until 10:30-11am especially on weekends. I will stay again when in DC but parking fee sucks.
