Great hotel, easy walk into centre of Arras, room was clean and tidy. No kettle or anything in room, however good selection of drinks available in reception. Quiet location and great bakery next door.

Not exactly the Ritz, but then it was pretty cheap. An hour to Lille on the train, so pretty good.
