Otimo hotel. Localizado em uma posição espetacular. Ficamos no quarto 17 que tem uma linda vista. O café da manhã e da tarde são bons e a equipe de atendimento do hotel é excelente e atenciosamente dona Claire a dona também é super simpática e sempre quer ajudar.

Pousada Boa, mas terreno pouco ruim.
A pousada em si é muito agradável, café da manhã normal, não tem tantas opções, mas não é ruim, acomodações limpa e aconchegante. O único problema do local é a subida do terreno até chegar a pousada, pois é cheia de buracos. Acho que já poderiam ter resolvido isso a muito tempo. Tirando o fato do percurso para o carro ser ruim a pousada é muito boa.

O hotel fazenda tem um grande potencial para ser uma referência, porem, esta faltando um gestor que faça funcionar. Da um aperto no coração ver um empreendimento de porte se desfazendo. Seus colaboradores são antenciosos e educados mas despreparados por não ter uma administração eficiente e eficaz.

Dentro do esperado.
Li que hotel esta ficando velho, de fato esta sim, tem partes que esta totalmente abandonado, mas a parte do prédio central esta boa. Li que tem problemas com barulho do piso de madeira, realmente tem mas já fui sabendo disso. É tudo antigo mais funciona, agua quente esquentou rápido, as roupas de cama e banho bem limpinhas, o café da manhã realmente é muito bom. A equipe dentro possível se esforça para atender bem.

O hotel parou no tempo
Infelizmente não indico esse hotel, as instalações são velhas e precisam de reforma e muita manutenção. Notei uma deficiência na equipe do hotel, o gerente não tem um perfil adequado e é muito despreparado com clientes e também na gestão. Há mofo nas paredes, portas e janelas quebradas, ausência de funcionários na recepção, falta de ramal nos quartos, o Wi-Fi não funciona entre outros pontos. O único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã servido com diversas variedades de bolos, pães e frutas frescas.

Bom hotel, mas com seus problemas
Bom hotel, atendentes bem solícitos e em geral tudo bem limpo. O quarto era bem simples, na tv pegava não mais que 5 canais, o controle nao funcionava muito bem, a porta-camarao do banheiro estava travada e era um guerra pra fechar e abrir e o frigobar tivemos de mudar de lugar, porque onde estava no quarto não tinha tomada. Mas o espaço é enorme, tem trilhas pra caminhar dentro do hotel, uma bela piscina, sala de jogos, churrasqueira, lago... Dá pra ver que é um hotel antigo, que precisa de uma certa manutenção, mas no geral vale a pena

Lugar aconchegante.
Se hospedar no HSC é como estar na Fazenda de um amigo querido. Há carinho e aconchego de sobra. Todos os funcionários são incríveis. Vc sente como se fossem uma grande família, dedicando seu tempo a o bem estar genuíno dos hóspedes (amigos). Não quero citar nem um nome para não esquecer de ninguém. Além do café da manhã eles servem de cortesia um chá da tarde. Pães, bolos, biscoitos, tudo caseiro, com um visível toque de amor de quem preparou. Como muitos comentários, sim, o HSC precisa mais do que manutenção, uma restauração. O lugar merece, tanto pela beleza, quanto pela história. Quando vc fica sabendo a história do lugar, essa visível falta de manutenção fica pequena. Minha torcida para que o Saint Claire volte ao seu auge físico. Sem dúvida, é um lugar mágico. Mas a limpeza e o aconchego de quem lá trabalha minimiza muito o desgaste natural das instalações. Com certeza voltarei!

O hotel está em condições precárias, todos os quartos com muito cheiro de mofo, madeiras podres, paredes mofadas cobertas com tecido, simplesmente impossível de ficar. O lugar onde fica é bem bonito, o que é uma pena se considerarmos o abandono do hotel, mas também é longe da cidade. Não recomendaria a ninguém por não ter condições de receber.

Lindo Hotel de montanha
Reservamos de última hora a primeira opção que surgiu em busca. Pelo valor da estadia, o hotel foi uma grata surpresa. Lindo hotel instalado na montanha com grandes áreas externas, inclusive heliporto. Excelente atendimento, boas instalações, tudo bem cuidado e limpo. Tem restauránte, bar de piscina, salão de jogos, sauna e servem chá da tarde de cortesia.
