Bom, mas alguns detalhes no atendimento poderiam melhorar: as toalhas para praia/piscina, deveriam ficar disponíveis na área próximo, não na recepção. E os funcionários fizeram de tudo pra dificultar e demorar pra trazer. Uma coisa boba que poderia ser simples e gentil deles para com os hóspedes. Os canais da TV a cabo são mto limitados e a qualidade da imagem deixa a desejar. A comunicação entre os funcionários parece não existir. Se vc pede algo para alguém, esse alguém diz que vai passar pra outra pessoa e nada acontece. Temos que explicar tudo de novo pra outra pessoa.

Hotel muito bem localizado, boa piscina, brinquedoteca excelente, copinha do bebê com tudo necessário, inclusive frutas. Quarto confortável e limpo. Chuveiro do nada esquenta demais podendo queimar a pele. Aconteceu algumas vezes inclusive com meus filhos. Serviço do restaurante lento, as comidas demoram a ser preparadas.

Muito Bom, porém Quarto com problemas.
Quando chegamos, fomos surpreendidos por um upgrade no check-in. Ficamos em um quarto maior e com vista para a piscina. Porém, o quarto tinha alguns defeitos, o colchão era muito ruim, o piro colchão que já fiquei em todos os hotéis, as torneiras e chuveiro não paravam de pingar. Expus o problema para a recepção, mas não puderam fazer nada devido à lotação. O jeito foi se acostumar com o colchão, nos demais a estrutura do hotel é ótima, os funcionários cordiais. Com certeza voltaria ao hotel menos ao quarto que fiquei, gostaria de ter uma oportunidade de voltar em outro quarto.

Hotel bem localizado mas muito antigo. Quartos com cheiro de mofo. Cobraram preço da diária normal mas NÃO ESTAVAM FAZENDO A LIMPEZA DOS QUARTOS. Tinha de pagar quase R$100,00 por dia pela limpeza. Restaurante fecha as 17:00. De bom só a localização.

Tivemos problemas logo ao chegar, o ar condicionado já apresentava mal funcionamento. A patir daí, quebrou feio, nos assustou com a soltura de uma peça durante a madrugada e tentaram consertar conosco usando o quarto, havia uns 3 funcionários. Concomitantemente o chuveiro NÃO mistyrava a água q ficava fervendo. Com tudo isso, a iniciativa de mudar de quarto veio de nós, muito desgastante. Demorou quase um dia todo para jm novo quarto e o nosso arrumando. A comida servida em serviço a la carte é CARÍSSIMA, porções muito mesquinhas nos forcando mesmo com chuvas torrenciais a sair do hotel e comer na rua, não precisava disso, nos faz evitar esse hotel na próxima viagem. NÃO é um preço razoável é muuuito caro. Desanomei

O Hotel é muito bom. O quarto é muito pequeno para viagens longas em que se tem muitas malas. O armário é minúsculo. Faltou água quente em 2 dias. Esse erro é muito básico, em especial quando se paga mais de 800 reais por diária.

Ótima localização, funcionários muito atenciosos ( Camila em especial) mas quem optar por descansar ou ver uma TV à noite vai se decepcionar. Embora tenham TV a cabo não existe quase nenhuma opção de canal, e embora haja uma área de recreação para as crianças, o barulho e as brincadeiras muitas vezes são no corredor dos quartos.Os quartos são pequenos, cama muito confortável, banheiro tb pequeno e no meu caso o chuveiro mudava a temperatura de fria para fervendo em segundos.

Hotel Família bem legal
No geral o hotel é muito bom, a piscina externa é climatizada e bem limpa; a piscina interna é aquecida e bem limpa tb. Eu reservei a acomodação mais simples que eles oferecem para eu, esposa e filha pequena, achei o quarto pequeno para este número de pessoas, porém chuveiro e camas muito confortáveis e roupa de cama impecavelmente limpos O restaurante é bom, porém com preços altos, fiz apenas uma refeição no restaurante. A praia é maravilhosa, principalmente para as crianças, as cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol do hotel são uma mão na roda. O café da manhã é excelente, muitas opções, tudo muito fresco e limpo. A equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa conosco, em especial a Danúbia do restaurante. Os restaurantes da rua do hotel são legais, o Seringueiras é pra gastar um pouco menos sem perder a qualidade da refeição e todos os outros tem um preço mais salgado porém gostei da qualidade das refeições. Voltarei com certeza, porém escolherei uma acomodação maior. Vá sem medo.

Hotel incrível, café da manhã completo, funcionários excelentes e atenciosos. As duas piscinas excelentes, brinquedoteca legal, a também ótima copa para esquentar as refeições das crianças. Muito perto da praia, uma pequena caminhada! O quarto também é excelente, com frigobar livre para nosso uso.... Achei o preço das refeições no hotel um pouco caro, porém nada que comprometa a estadia, pois saimos para comer/conhecer a regia!
