Welcome to Roz Avel, Breton family house built in 1904 by our ancestors over the water in the descent Kelenn with stunning and captivating view of the bay of Morlaix and its islands. This home is conveniently located a few meters from the beach Kelenn and 200m from the town center and church square. Roz Avel has been completely renovated to accommodate 12 people, with at least 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room turned on the sea, and extended by a terrace of 25m2 with a view on sea at 180 °.
The house is arranged over 3 floors with at least 6 bedrooms (+ a dormitory of 4 places can be made available) which 3 have double bed and separate balcony with sea view. 2 bedrooms also have water or sink room independent. 3 other bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds. Each floor has a bathroom and a toilet.

Séjour formidable à Noël
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Carantec autour de Noël. Réunion familiale de 12--nous étions aux anges dans la maison si confortable et avec une vue imprenable sur la plage. Emplacement fortement recommandé en toute saison et accueil efficace et chaleureux.

Maison charmante et très bien située
La maison est très plaisante, et comme le montre très bien les photos et les avis précédents, la terrasse et la vue splendide en sont des atouts majeurs. La plage est tout proche pour baignade et éventuelles activités nautiques, un chemin de douanier longe la côte et permet de remarquables promenades à proximité immédiate, et l'accès à d'autres plages (vers l'île Callot, ou à l'opposé vers le château du taureau). On peut déjà faire beaucoup à pied ; le centre bourg aussi est très proche, et je recommande par exemple la galerie Différence qui a une belle sélection de créations de divers artistes et artisans d'art, ou pour les amateurs, le restaurant étoilé de Nicolas Carro. A environ 1.5km (5 min de voiture) le tennis club des 2 baies permet de louer un terrain à l'heure. Je signale 2 réserves mineures : il n'est pas prévu de stationner des voitures sur le terrain (c'est possible facilement au parking de la plage ou rue de Kernilis). L'arrivée comme la sortie ont été gérées par sms, ce qui est toujours moins plaisant qu'une vraie rencontre, sans que des horaires particuliers ne puissent l'expliquer (arrivée 16h30, sortie 9h30), sauf la concomitance avec d'autres entrées sorties. Cependant les échanges ont été faits en amont pour préparer au mieux notre arrivée, les interlocuteurs étaient joignables au besoin, et tout s'est bien passé. En 1 mot, un excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans votre grande maison de famille vraiment très agréable avec vue magnifique sur la mer qui nous a fait oublier le mauvais temps de cette semaine de Noël. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le " cocooning" de la maison et son emplacement qui permet de tout faire à pied. Toute notre famille garde un super souvenir de ce séjour.

Une vraie maison de famille face à la mer.
On se sent tellement bien dans cette magnifique et grande demeure familiale. Au delà du confort, de la vue imprenable sur la plage et la mer, du jardin clos plein de petites cachettes pour les enfants, de l'espace où chacun trouve sa place, c'est l'âme généreuse des propriétaires qui nous enveloppe. Merci à eux et merci à Aymeric pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. La grande famille que nous sommes n'oubliera pas ce trop court séjour à Roz Avel : chacun le gardera dans sa "boite à souvenirs", et pourquoi pas, y reviendra un jour.

BELLE MAISON DE FAMILLE CONVIVIALE
Cette grande maison est bien située , près du bourg avec commerces et restaurants. Elle est le point de départ à pied de nombreuses ballades et randonnées. La vue est magnifique à tout moment de la journée et n'est jamais la même suivant la météo. Elle est décorée avec goût et elle ne manque ni d'espace ni d'équipements pour un grand nombre de personnes ( nous étions 13 ). La personne chargée de l'entretien de la maison sait vous accueillir et reste toujours à votre écoute Je recommande sans hésiter cette location
