Ideal for holidays with family and / or friends, Villa Kelenn is a pleasant and spacious architect's house offering excellent services. Built in 2013, it is located in a very quiet and low-traffic area, just 100 meters from the sea, and in the heart of the typical village of Carantec in Brittany.

- The view of the splendid Morlaix Bay from the living rooms, the terrace, and the bedrooms (4/6); Animated bay with view of regattas and sailboats;

Wonderful House in Carantec
What a lovely property. A super location with glorious views of the sea from nearly every room. So much space for our 12 people. Very modern facilities and very comfortable big beds. Five minutes walk to the beach for swimming and building sand castles, five minutes to the restaurants, cafe, shops and church. There was even a wonderful circus.

We loved the situation of the house overlooking the sea , close to the beach and the village . There is much to do in the area . Sad as only part of our family could come because of Covid - but hopefully we will come in force another time !

Really 5/5, excellent location, checkin services, superb view, very comfortable for a family, nice bakery at walking distance, really awesome Bretagne experience. Maybe one small note: at checkout, we are expected not only to clean the house and take out all the garbage (which are fair) but also to empty the washing machine, which means we can’t just leave while it is running with the last dishes. Not a big deal but it takes a bit of planning ahead :-)

Fantastic location looking out over the beach
Great location; 5min walk down to the beach, with three family oriented restaurants and a Sailing Centre. Equally short walk up into Carantec Centre; bakery for morning croissants is 5min away, several good restaurants available. The house is clean and efficient, well laid out for a family vacation.

Fantastic house, great location, very chilled
We had a fantastic time at Villa Kelenn. The house was plenty big enough for our family of 8 adults and 2 kids and we had a bedroom spare. It was very laid back living, only a stones throw from the beach. The local village had everything we needed but we did venture a bit further to find a larger sized Supermarche (we love a snoop around the shops). It was lovely to stroll up the shops in the morning for beautiful French bread and sweet treats. The kids loved the beach. All the owners/staff we had dealings with were very nice and helpful. The house was excellently equipped. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be returning soon.

Très belle vue mer pour un séjour en famille
La maison était très propre, équipée. Le service de conciergerie sympathique et accessible. La vue mer offerte depuis le salon est absolument magnifique. Maison tout à fait adaptée à un regroupement familial. Je regrette cependant le manque de transparence et de fluidité de la propriétaire lors des échanges préalables à notre séjour. Je n’a pas obtenu réponse à toutes mes questions. L’annonce manque de clarté sur l’aspect du linge de lit et de bain.

Tres agréable week-end en famille (6 adultes/6 enfants) dans cette maison idealement située. Tout se fait a pied (plage, sentier cotier, embarcadère, bourg de Carantec). Maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Très bon accueil.

Séjour de rêve
Maison idéale, bien située, vue sur mer changeante, tout confort. Nombreuses possibilités de balades à pied sans prendre la voiture. Commerces de proximité à 2 pas (dont boulangeries-pâtisseries terribles). Environs (paysages, côtes, marées, iles, ...) fidèles à l'image de la Bretagne ... càd spendides. Propriétaires très sympathiques et qui ont le sens de l'accueil (cidre au frigo, gâteaux, ...). Bref un endroit idéal pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille en toute convivialité (6 chambres et 2 SDB ...) et profiter de la beauté du paysage.

Une semaine au paradis
C'est la première fois que nous réussissons à profiter d'une semaine de vacances avec nos trois enfants dispersés sur trois continents, leurs conjoints (sauf un) et nos trois petites filles. Nous étions donc 7 adultes et 3 jeunes enfants auxquels il convient d'ajouter le chien d'un an et 30 kgs. La maison est suffisamment grande et aurait encore pu accueillir 2 ou 3 personnes de plus. Elle est parfaitement équipée de tout le matériel nécessaire à un agréable séjour. A moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et des commerces essentiels (boulangeries/pâtisseries, traiteur, épicerie, caviste, crêperies ...) elle bénéficie d'un grand jardin et d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. A proximité du GR34, les piétons peuvent rejoindre la plage de Tahiti et l'ile Callot. Carantec est une petite ville calme, sans immeubles et faible circulation automobile. Un très agréable séjour que nous aurions aimé prolonger mais les obligations de chacun hélas.... Merci à Madame BASSOULLET et son équipe. P.S : la délicate attention que nous avons découvert dans le réfrigérateur a été appréciée

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette jolie maison. Nous étions 10 adultes. Très spacieuse, 6 vraies chambres et un grand séjour. La vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. La cuisine et les salles de bain sont propres et modernes. L'accès au centre, à la plage et au centre nautique est facile à pied. Nous recommandons ! Deux petit bémol : pas suffisamment d'eau chaude pour les douches et manque de verres côté vaisselle.
