We enjoyed our stay at the Bai overall and the buffet is amazing, however the hotel is looking run down with holes in the curtains and dirty old finishes on most surfaces. We had a room on the 16th floor and were moved due to the smell of raw sewage.
The rooms also over look the surrounds slums which will leave any middle class person feeling guilty.

"Some of the reviews I saw for One Central between booking and arrival did leave me a little concerned. Difficult to access parking, standard of rooms, extra charges, noise and lack of hot water. However, i experienced none of this. Yes the car park is steep but is fine to access and the person directed ..."
