Great Young staff, great location. Workmanship and quality was lacking on upgrade. A few examples, our door jam was not connected to the stud so it was possible to open the door by just pushing the door. Beds have new3 covers on old beds. 3 broken slates in my bed, sat on bed and ended up on the floor. Told they would fix tomorrow (after I slept it) At breakfast time the orange juice was getting low. I watched the person running the restaurant tell a young staff member just to top up with water.

After a long exhausting travel and having to deal with dodgy characters along the way, coming to this hotel and their services was a comforting feeling.

The window doors opened onto a type of courtyard along with four other units . This meant I could not open the windows/door during the night . Somehow this should be addressed. Also I asked for a different room away from lifts because of people noise..Unfortunately this could not be accommodated. One staff member offered a free tea to compensate.
