Staff were nice but the property and hotel need a complete overhaul. Tired, limited on offerings, grounds not great - just a greed to collect on a very high rate for a hotel room $240.00 for a old, tired, smelly in the stairwells and halls hotel. Was really disappointed especially puzzled by the positive reviews

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lobby was off-putting with a plexiglass shield secured by yellow tape. A note said to call a number to reach someone who happened to be in the corner taking another call. She was pleasant but hard to hear through the shield. For the first time ever my license was scanned. Another sign warned not to smoke cannibis along with vapes. The experience sent the wrong message for an otherwise lovely stay and meal in the restaurant. The setting is gorgeous!

Arrived at 10:30 pm and no one was at the front desk. Called the hotels number and a man wearing sweatpants, a raggedy t shirt and no shoes came out of an office to greet us. He swiped my debit card multiple times and didn't explain what for and then handed me a receipt with card info that wasn't even mine. The whole property has an awful smell. I had trouble sleeping because even my room smelled bad like something rotten. I have never seen a hotel employee wear pajamas to work an overnight shift. Absolute nightmare stay

Staff were really nice . Room was spacious and the balcony was a pleasant surprise . The bathrooms were clean and room service is upon request if you are staying more than a day . The free breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub was clean and safe .

The staff were very welcoming and informative. Unfortunately my first room assignment had an AC unit that was not working well. The next morning they were very kind enough to accommodate me andxswitch me to a new room.

The Hotel is fine, but the restaurant that is attached doesn't seem to like people from the hotel coming in. Every single time we ate there (4 times) they were stressed out that we were there. they communicated that we need to hurry up and leave one night before we even ate. It was weird. We tipped properly and still were met with distain. At one point I received a sandwich with like 4 fries on the plate and I asked the waitress if that is really how many fries come on the side and her response was "the owner says we just throw them out so he doesn't give a lot" ummm what? I will say that the cost of French Fries should be included in the price of the menu item. So even if I eat NONE of the fries, I still paid for them. We traveled there and stayed there based on location, cleanliness, and price. This would have been a 5 star experience if the restaurant was more welcoming, especially because the food was actually really good!
