This is a great superchill beach club for the area. During the week you can have the place almost to yourself, with more families and kids on the weekend.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel was only a few minutes walk to the beach and there were a variety of modest dining options on the beach or near the town square. The hotel had a food service and weekend bar service. We really enjoyed the pool area and spent some relaxing by the pool. We were picked up at the hotel to go on a fabulous guided canoe tour through the mangroves where we saw a large variety of birds including flamingos! The hotel staff helped us with the motel taxi transport to the tour site. Make sure you book a room with a window view. Thanks again to all the staff at this wonderful hotel. Great place to stay! Celustun is a very cool remote Mexican town. This house has to be one of the best places to stay in the area. Very nice. Great location. Beach access right there. Swimming pool was a nice feature. Plenty of places to sit. Air conditioners work well. Guilermo (sp?) the housekeeper is an exceptionally nice guy and went out of his way to help us when one of our guests left their purse there. Can't say enough how friendly and helpful they are. The whole town is wonderful (though it is Mexico - don't expect Boca Raton in Florida). I will most definitely stay there again.
